they should be able to handle the accounting and financial aspects of the projects
they will be responsible for. That is why we chose to include management training
as part of the core curriculum for second year students.
In order to concentrate on real-life applications and case studies in class
we wanted students to acquire the theory before starting the course.
This was made possible using ACTION ON LINE e-learning.
Each student has access to the training modules composed of 11 hours of courses
and 4 hours of quizzes. The students can study at their own rhythm, where and when they want
within the timeframe allocated to complete and validate the three courses on offer.
The use of Action On Line training has lead to an average two-point increase in the students’ grade average
